What can I purchase with my Fleet Card?

There are 3 types of Fleet Cards:

  • Blue Fleet Card

    for the purchase of fuel and oil only

  • Orange Fleet Card

    for purchasing fuel, maintenance and repairs

  • Gold Fleet Card

    for fuel, maintenance and repairs - all maintenance and repairs require pre-authorisation by Custom Fleet

 

How long will it take to get my Fleet Card?

Generally your Fleet Card will arrive within 3 - 5 working days of you taking delivery of your vehicle.

 

Where is Fleet Card accepted?

Fleet Card is accepted at over 6,000 multi-branded fuel outlets and over 9,000 authorised repairers nationally. Find your nearest Fleet Card outlet.

 

Do I need a PIN number for my Fleet Card?

No, your Fleet Card will have your vehicle registration number on it for security purposes.

 

What information do I need to provide when I fill up?
You will need to provide the Service Station attendant with your kilometre reading.

 

What do I do if my Fleet Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Call 1300 364 651 and also notify your company’s Fleet Administrator.

 

Can I use fuel discount vouchers with my Fleet Card?

No, you are unable to use supermarket fuel discount vouchers with your Fleet Card.
